Is there parking?
Midtown will offer limited parking throughout the masterplan. Residents have the choice of participation in the Midtown shared Tesla program or an off-site parking spot, one per unit. Additional parking can be rented at competitive rates.
What is a "shared Tesla"?
The program provides each residential unit a dedicated amount of hours per month to use a Tesla vehicle that is shared and managed by Midtown. Midtown designed this program to give residents without cars an opportunity to drive with style at minimal costs. The program also allows residents longer rental times of the Tesla, when needed. Residents have the choice of participating in the shared Tesla program or having a parking space.
